Fees
Our fees are set to allow us to provide up to date
equipment and training for all staff members.
We will always discuss our fee structure with you
and will issue estimates before any diagnostic or
surgical procedure.
We advise Pet Insurance as this removes the
financial worries from you when your pet is ill and
allows us to treat your animal in the way we think
is best, including specialist referral if necessary. For more details, please see the Pet Insurance page or ask at reception.
In order to keep costs as low as possible, we have a firm policy that payment is made at the time of consultation/treatment. This helps us with our cash flow and debt control and enables us to keep our fees down. We reserve the right to charge administration fees for any statements we have to send.
Payment can be made by cash and most common debit/credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Delta, Solo, Electron, Maestro & JCB). We can also accept Debit/Credit Card payments over the phone.
The Craig-y-Don surgery has been fully computerised since June 1998, with our clinical records and accounts being stored electronically. The Craig-Y-Don and Llandudno Junction computer systems have been linked by a broadband connection since December 2005.
